Refund and Cancellation Policy

Original Paintings: All sales of original artwork are final. Orders canceled within the first 24 hours will incur a 20% restocking & re-marketing fee. Returns or exchanges of original work are not available except for the most extreme situations.

Digital Download: All sales of digital downloads are final.

Please contact hello@debasreedeyart.com within 7 days of receiving your artwork if you have any quarries. We are not liable for any mishandling or failed delivery by the shipping service.

Refund: We expect the delivery time to be a maximum of 15 days from the date of shipment within India and 45 days for shipments outside India. In case you do not receive the product within delivery time, you shall be entitled to claim a refund of the Transaction Price. Please do reach out to us within 5 days of expiry of the Delivery time. Refunds would usually be initiated within 48 working hours once a confirmed refund request is received.
