You pick it up, and even before opening it, you know it’s waiting to be filled — with your words, your marks, your memories.

That’s the feeling I wanted to bring into this class.
I’ve always loved vintage papers — letters, postcards, book pages that already carry a history. After making a thinner vintage journal in my previous class, I found myself longing for something bigger, bulkier, & more inviting. Something that feels like a true treasure book.

For me, it’s not just about making a journal. It’s about creating a personal space where vintage charm meets messy modern play — where you can collage, paint, scribble, and layer freely. A book that feels alive, evolving with every mark you make.
